Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We ship all across Canada via Canada Post with a flat rate of 11.95$ and shipping is free for any orders over 200$. Additional fees may apply on oversize order. In this case, Liv Equestrian will contact you to confirm the additional charges. The order will be canceled if, however, the costs incurred are not suitable. So you can choose to proceed or not with your order.
Orders will be shipped from Quebec city and the delivery time is variable, depending on your sector and product availability.
Delivery may therefore take a few days only or a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks if the product must be ordered from the supplier, due to lack of availability on the online store. In the event that we anticipate a delivery time exceeding 7 working days, we will contact you and you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order. In the alternative where there is a shortage of stock, Liv Equestrian reserves the right to change the price without notice if there is a price increase from the supplier to renew the inventory of the product.
If any item you wish to buy is unavailable, or you would like to order something we don't have please contact us.
Sales tax will apply accordingly to the shipping address.Returns and exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied or the purchased item is unsuitable, we will refund or exchange it within 14 days of your purchase, under the following conditions :
*No refunds on sale items, exchange or credit notes only
**All AirBag, Gas cartridge sales are a FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchanges for safety reasons.
The product must be intact and not have been used. The label of the product must not have been removed. To be exchanged, the product cannot have been worn or washed. All parts of the product must be intact and present during exchange. The product must also be returned in its original and intact packaging;
If you wish to exchange your product for another item, differences in prices must be paid accordingly.
An original copy of the invoice must be submitted when exchanging products in order to prove your purchase and the date thereof.
In the event of any defect in your products, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

The conditions mentioned above for exchanges apply to all purchases made online via our website. The exchange of the returned product will be made once the package has been received. The method of payment applied will be the same as the one used during the purchase. Liv Equestrian does not assume delivery charges (including taxes) on the returned item, except for a few pre-authorized exceptions.
1. Refund/Exchange Authorization: they must always be authorized by Liv Equestrian. Contact us by email to inform us of your intention. Upon reception of the trade-in authorization by Liv Equestrian, you will be able to proceed with the following steps.
2. Return the package to the address we will give you. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Confirmation of reception: Once the package has been received by Liv Equestrian, you will be contacted to confirm that the product has been received and an agreement can then be made for refund, the dispatch of the replacement product or the credit note.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
Taking good care of our horses also implies taking care of their surroundings, the nature and therefore our planet! Liv Equestrian uses packaging that is either recyclable or compostable. Our Mailers are made from 100% recycled plastics, it gives plastics already in circulation a second life. It has a second adhesive strip so that the mailer can be reused once more, and once it has served its purpose, you can recycle it where soft plastics are accepted! We do our best to reuse "still in good shape" boxes to minimize unnecessary wastes!
